Social hour to begin at 5:30 pm, demo to begin at 6:30 pm.
During this demo about violet wands and electrical play, many subjects will be touched on, and questions answered–such as:
WHAT is a violet wand?
What does it DO?
How can I do that?
What makes a violet wand fun?
Where can I get one (that I can afford)?
Safety measures will be discussed along with explaining many of the rumors and dangers of electrical play. Also covered will be the differences between traditional, solid state, and pulse wands. You will learn about direct, indirect, and reverse indirect techniques, ways to play, and how to brand with a violet wand. If you have ever had questions or thought electrical play was too expensive, dangerous, complicated or edgy, join us for an evening to see how you can begin your journey into the wonderful world of electricity and you may just be shocked at how much fun you can have.

We are ShockingPause and Skullea also known as Chris and Lea. We embarked on our BDSM journey in 2006 … you know, before Fetlife. One of the first the toys we discovered was the violet wand (which Skullea adored). We acquired a violet wand kit shortly thereafter and have been enjoying violet wand play ever since.
ShockingPause was a co-leader of Central Alabama Power Exchange for 2 years. Currently we are co-leaders of the Columbus, GA Group and host regular play parties at our house. We enjoy attending educational events and sharing what we learn with others in the group.
PALS (Panhandle Alternative Lifestyle Society) is an educational and social group whose focus centers on the BDSM, Leather, Fetish, Kink, and Alternative Lifestyle located in the Florida Panhandle area. We are pan-sexual, accepting of anyone and any adult-oriented fetish, and seek to help those interested in exploring this lifestyle in any way we can, within the parameters of our by-laws. However, no one under the age of 21 may attend meetings, munches, or any other PALS sponsored event.
